Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at trinhgiahuysf815@gmail.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped, so cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at trinhgiahuysf815@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization and instructions.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect—in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
